you could try moving the upper mandibles closer together, its always possible to move them back in case you change your mind. You could bulk up the temples near the brow too.
my best advice though, is to study it from different angles. You'll start too see things that you might want to change. Sometimes making a quick sketch of what you're sculpting helps, in my opinion.

this is what i got so far. thanks for the tips, the more i look at it from different angles i see how off everything is. hope i get it before it all dries out. :D
