"It's Dad's Grail Diary" - Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade Grail Diary

Thanks for the reply! So, to get this straight your process is: Handwrite pages, scan the pages, digitally adjust the pages, then print them out? You said you used 24 lb paper, is it parchment style or just standard printer paper? Sorry if I'm asking too many questions, I just really want to do this the right way.

That’s right.

Yes, 24lb paper, without watermarks. I’v tried parchment, but prefer standard.

Thats amazing!

Im afraid its inspired me to take a crack at it. Any suggestions on where to start or layout?

Even given the fact this thread this thread hasnt been active for a while I'd like to do a few things:

1. Congratulations to the thread owner about his achievement. You've done a very well made diary. A beautiful piece :)

2. I have a few questions regarding the wrapper stamp:
Can someone tell the diameter of this stamp and what font has been used for the VENEZIA ITALIA text?

Taking a look at a recent auction for an original grail diary I noticed that the paper used for the screen used prop has small criss cross lines almost like fabric, does anyone know what kind of paper was used on the screen used prop? You might have to google it and zoom in to see what I mean. Edit: here’s a shot on the grail page, you can notice that the ink is missing due to the pressed hatch pattern on the paper itself.
