ISO: Emo Philips 2018 Frock

Hello!
I caught some of Emo's 2018 show on YouTube and fell in love with his jacket. Does anyone know where to find the same or something very similar? When he opens his jacket in the linked clip, it says "Young's Formal Wear" but I can't find anything about the company. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks!
