Faceplate definitely looks like a Rubies supreme with some mods, the nose insert and mouth shapes are a giveaway, but the dome looks ANH. Possibly an EFX cast?

face plate is a rubies supreme and hard to tell where the dome came from. To my eye the dome appears to be fibreglass but difficult to tell origins of it.
