Is anyone making plaques anymore?

I have PM'd Jmtwo about making a few plaques and have not heard anything in a while. I think he's busy right now, so I would like to know if anyone else can make a few plaques. It would be great to get them to match the silkscreened MR plaques, but I'm not picky. Anyone??

Hi

I don't know if toby (maldoman here) is still in business actually ??
His website was under revision recently....

Do you guys have any pics of the plaques and cases he makes
Im sure other members do, but he used to make three tierd lighsaber cases in icons fashion, all the way down to single lightsaber cases, and blaster cases. top quality stuff, laser etched plaques on par with master replicas.

I have tried to get a hold of him about that, but he is very busy with his family and doesn't have a website anymore.

I'd like to see those plaques also.

Jmtwo just PM'd me and he is in the middle of moving and he will be back in September. Hopefully sooner ;)

Yo, Toby. Drop me a PM if you see this thread.

Your e-mail kicked last time I tried to reach you.

That reminds me I need to order a plaque for a certain boardmembers Logan flame gun replica. I contacted Toby about one last year but I never ordered it.

What about Romans Empire?

I always liked his laser etched plaques and I have several of them.
Roman had a big clearence sale a while back as he was expecting a new bundle of joy in the near future. I'm guess he may be out of the bizz for a while.

Check out your local framing or trophy shops. Sometimes there will be someone locally who can make plaques if you can provide the logos and verbage. There used to be a jewelry shop in my hometown that laser-engraved plaques just like Roman's. It's usually the same shop where your local Little League gets their trophies and the city council gets their civic awards made.

I can help make plaques if the order is big enough. By 'big' I mean at least 30 plaques. Of course if its all in one design it'd be cheaper then 2 or 3 different designs.

I prefer to only order good quality plaques which use sheet metal base with etched on, embossed or sunken details.

You can have a look at this thread over at Rebel Scum, and talk to the people who received the plaques from my last prop run.

You'd need to give me a couple of months though as the supplier I use has a really full schedule all year round.

If anyone needs my help do drop me a PM.
