Is anyone making models of retro flying cars?

I also have the AMT kit of the Ford Levacar. Sadly, not even my airbrush compressor can get it aloft.

A few years ago, I did a hover-sedan for a client and I thought the design was interesting. But maybe ear-shatteringly loud: steering by the 4 small jet engines on the tail end:

I just added that book to my want list. I wish they'd get back to making cars that look like these, they were classy works of art and even the futuristic ones are more appealing than anything new. They can make them fuel efficient and sexy like the 40s and 50s cars but they seem to rather make cookie cutter copies of the same shape.
