My iron man Mark VII suit progress so far.
head, neck, chest and forearms.
Im currently working on the back/flaps.

Looks good, maybe create one thread for all of it instead of an individual one for each piece.

Thanks. I tape it all up with masking tape to just how i want it, hot glue the inside then untape it.

Under the special notes section to Darkside501st's MArk VII download section he refers to back, and shoulder supports.

The back and shoulder supports are used in the pepakura version (not foam). They're to help the paper version maintain it's shape while you resin it. You shouldn't need it for the foam version.
 
Made the elbow joint. Pretty even flow of motion.image.jpgimage.jpg

Made these from a red plastic trash bin to attach the arm together using Chicago screws.
