Looks good, maybe create one thread for all of it instead of an individual one for each piece.

Very nice. what material is it?

Looks like a roll of Best Step EVA Foam; You can see in the "Mark VII back all traced out. Time to cut" picture the roll at the bottom, looks exactly like the Best Step EVA foam.

Shoulder pods and spine taped. Next is the rest of the back and gluing.

Thanks. I tape it all up with masking tape to just how i want it, hot glue the inside then untape it.

The back and shoulder supports are used in the pepakura version (not foam). They're to help the paper version maintain it's shape while you resin it. You shouldn't need it for the foam version.

Made the elbow joint. Pretty even flow of motion.

Made these from a red plastic trash bin to attach the arm together using Chicago screws.
