Im still working on it, been looking up so many different armor sets
I still prefer the Iron Man chest piece as the shield but im going to draw it out and modify it so it looks more "simple" if that makes sense
hoping it wont look so much like iron man after

Well if you use the arc reactor hole and enlarge it then put the Tiger coin in it... you should be OK.
You should lay plexiglass then the tiger design in foam over it so you can back light it
ya im planning on the coin to be lite
by simple i meant the edges more simple

UPDATE
I sketched out some newer concepts to the Armored White Ranger shield
I wanted to modify Iron Man's Mark VI armor to look more simple and not so Iron Man-y
I ended up liking the bottom one, and threw it into photoshop for a quick (crappy) coloring
I really like this design, its simple yet still hold the look I want
Im already thinking of ways I can add to this
Thinking of adding the gold that goes vertical to the shield coin
like the original
but i would have the gold indented like the gold "trim"
What do you guys think??

One, yeah, the white spandex does make it look good, and I can see the red being really bad.
Two, too much armor does make it look like an IM recolor...man, never thought there would be a time where there was such a thing as too much armor.
Based on the Red Ranger pics, did you consider trying to sew the cod and chest pieces to the spandex? I'm not saying you should, but maybe there wouldn't be quite as much bunching?

Red Ranger was Stealth not Seancoleman...
Sean are you going with the neck armor or traditional mmpr turtle neck?

I've been debating that, I think the armor would tie the whole upper body together with the helmet
but also might look like too much going on compare to the rest
turtle neck would probably work better
Still conceptualizing so Ill try out both
need to figure out the shoulders

The rounded Iron Man shoulders?
I was thinking they'd work good with the other rangers, but White Rangers shield sticks out.
I wanted to try and incorporated that
