i'm working on a Iron Deadpool Cosplay.
I already have a mk4 iron man armour so the deadpool i have to build.
I want to make it as if Deadpool has snuck into Stark Industries and helped himself to some of Tony's goodies. So as well as putting Deadpool in an Iron man armour Im making a weapons crate with stark tech in it.

I've almost finished deadpools mask. i used worbla as a face shell... i sculpted the expression and heated the worbla over it to create the shell... the hard part was sewing it into a mask i made.... never sewn before

Did you ever read Deadpool #7 where they did the whole Marvel "Then" thing? He went back to the Demon In The Bottle Timeline and did this with the classic Iron Man armor. Pretty funny issue(like they aren't already though).

so I have one week before the con I'm wearing IronPool too. I've built a harness from foam and made some missles and a weapons crate to wheel around full of stark goodies :)

the sheath is made of 2 40mm pvc pipes i heated and flattened, then cut out slots so they would fit inside each other... worked well.
