still needs a lot of work, but the base is 95% done.
It's all made of forex (european word for sintra), and it's been a real pain in the a**.

The faceplate was made 5 times, the part the covers the cheek, was too short, so I had to redo it, then cut the old one and glue back in the new one...

THe really good thing is that it fits a 7 3/8 - 7 1/2 head really good and it's really a small helmet. IF you put it on with no armor on and only a shirt, just looks like a regular human head ;)

i really thought you used an existing pep file, or did you?...
man i really loved the outcome of the helmet you made, i'm thinking of making one myself, could you help me? what pep file did you use????

I mentioned to you in the other thread, He didn't use a file.

Absolutely astonishing. Seeing the final result, and knowing that it's a scratch build, boggles the mind. Your helmets are perfect in every way. If you hadn't posted the details nobody would believe you. :p

Incredible work, man. Congrats. :)

Gotta say, they are pretty easy to do. When I'm done and they're good to go, I'll post an how to for you guys ;)
