Iron-Man MKVII FOAM WIP [REPAIR PROGRESS]

Sick of Iron-Man? Well here's another one from me This will be the 6th suit to stand in my soon-to-be-build personal hall of armor, consisting of my previous suits namely (in order according to their completion) Iron Patriot, Mark 17 "Heartbreaker", Mark 5, Mark 39 "Sub-Orbital Suit" (WIP) and Mark 16 "Nightclub" (WIP).

As for now, all of my suits are waiting to be placed inside their respective shelves, well ofcourse I still need to work on that.

For this Foam Mark 7 Project, I will use JFCustom's awesome unfold of JTM's Mark 7 Model, JFcustom's unfold of Darkside's Mark 7 Helmet and Neck. And of course Zabana's Hand and Finger files.

So far here's what I've built.

I'm in the process of cutting the template for the neck piece.

A quick update: I just finished the omarbau1 neck piece :thumbsup

those annoying seams. . .gonna sand them down before sealing the suit

mark 5 helmet trial, just to get the idea on the scale of the omarbau1 mark 7 helmet that i'll be building next

working on a foam mark 7 helmet. . .plan is to use rondo on this so that it would look like fiberglass helmet

I ran out of foam for this project and my mexican mark 42 commission :facepalm

gonna buy some more materials tomorrow for me to complete the suits, specially the mark 42 :lol i'm getting near the deadline

so i'll just gonna leave this here:

dude that suit aswell as the rest of em are so clean im gunna use the foam files for my mk 7 abs i think , i need to get some more bondo this week aswel and carrie on with my mk 7 for sure lol its been a while

i need this build to be as clean as possible because i'm thinking of using doc's rondo method on this suit so that i could get a smooth fiberglass looking suit, this will take a while to complete since i had 2 more personal suits to finish :facepalm

That kicks ass. The girlfriend wants me to move the suit that's in the bedroom, she keeps forgetting it's there at night and thinks it's a burglar.

If a burglar broke in to my house, I would most definitely be greeting him in my mark VII lol

man, your suit will be bullet proof and the burglar wont stand a chance against that bad-assery :lol

RUSH UPDATE 02-20-14

I finished (rushed) the Mark 7 Arms, JTM-JFcustom biceps, elbows and lower forearms, and omarbau1's Mark 7 Forearms and Handplates. Why rushed? Because I got burnt out of the Mark 42 again! :lol

More updates soon. Since I can only work on this at night. I had some duties in the family right now, specially in my grandma's funeral/wake (she died last week) so there. Thank you for viewing.

Haha NO. Bender's head is all that remains. It was that MK42 I was working on, I'd built a custom pvc stand and made him look like Frankensteins monster wandering around :lol

well, that's creepy as hell. . .specially when the lights are installed on that suit. . .your girl will definitely freak out :lol

thanks man, it means alot. . i haven't slept for i guess 18 hours straight :lol so i guess i need to hug my bed tight now (it's 4:21am and i'm incharge of people visiting my grandma's wake)

ironmaided how tall are you and what scale are you using for the jtm mk7? man your suits always look awesome. and hey man sorry about your grandma.
