Thanks,it is Foam(base), learned some tips from guys here in the forum(foam,white glue,bondo) then cast it with rondo,made it thin so it would be light for my son,,:)

I'm not happy w/ the initial forearm, so I tweaked it a little bit to make it movie accurate(almost):)

Lol... I can imagine. When I built my son's Mk6, I would wait until he was asleep and then work till after midnight... And when you're tired you tend to make more mistakes, so there was a lot of reworking done.

Hope you keep it together to the end - lol. It's gonna be awesome when it's done.
