Just wondering were you get your camping mats from i got some and found them to be crap also i am in the UK like you

They're 0.8cm thick, perfect thickness.

Daborg, use cheap paint brushes. You can get boxes of them off eBay for very cheap. They're one coat per brush because the plastic sets. Unless you buy some acetone to clean them with. As for sand paper, use different grades depending on how much sand is required. I estimate I will have used around 50-60 brushes for the entire suit.

I use a syringe and measure 20mm of part A then a different syringe to measure 20mm of part B into the same cup. Stir with paint brush for 10-20 seconds and apply to part. 40mm is enough for an entire coat on most parts. Keep spreading it until it starts to go off, this minimises runs. Work quick, but don't rush, time is a luxury that is not available with this stuff.
