Update. Have finished the NECK. Here are photos:
Neck is about 80% complete. Just need to decide where the conection place must be.
And here it's finished.
Then i made the BRACE (it's upper part) and glued it to the chest
Here are they together:

where did you get your foam? youre not too far away so maybe you have a good source that i dont know of

I get foam from russian manufacture "Isolon"
here is the site http://www.isolon.dp.ua in my country.
I think it can only be found in Russia, Ukraine and Belaruss.

also, the part where i'm having the most trouble...how are you cutting your 45 degree angles and how do you know when to cut them?

Okay im 14 years old im totally a newbie and i finally decided that i wanted to do a helmet, and if it goes well im going to continue with gemini mark 39 armor
I'm going to buy 1,2 cm thick EVA foam. Is that good or do i need thinner? BTW im running out of options since i live in sweden and alot of EVA foam isnt sold here.
