Mate, this is a top-notch foam build. The cuts and joins are so neat. What are you using to cut with?How do you get your hot glue so tidy without it stringing and running everywhere?

Good idea that's prob what I'm gonna end up doin, I just need to make sure to trim the right area.
Thanks, I'm actually using meat cutting scissors, sometimes a blade for those hard to reach areas, plus the foam is only 5mm. As for the gluing, I don't remember who's tutorial I saw, but lay the glue down, and attach from the outside in so that it pushes the glue to the inside of the armor. Hope that makes sence?

So mobility is far superior in a foam suit. How do they look in person though? When painted do they even have the slight look of being hard or metal? I'm currently building them helm and am leaning toward casting my armor pieces. But, if foam done right can look at least 75% I think I do that just for the better mobility. I've seen a bunch of great looking foam suits on this site. I haven't really seen any in person though. Anyways your suit is looking really clean and good so far, I'm highly impressed! Good luck with the build.
