I think it's better to start from scratch... Most parts are very different. Shoes, Hands and the helmet could be possible to keep, because you won't recognize it very much if you are not familiar with each iron man version...

I'm sure Royal Dump used Darkside501st Mark 7 files because these are the only mk 7 files available.
But I think you'll find what you need by reading this thread from the beginning. Royal posted a lot of information here ;)

I already made Faceplate hinges for the helmet :) but unfortunately there is no room for servos for an automatic movement :(

But on the other hand I'm happy that there is no room! Everything fits snug and tight :D and the helmet is not oversized to the suit :)
