i used after pva ; before priming
and i use DAP acrylic latex clauk plus silicone

I've been looking for a decent filler for my gaps in my foam to tighten up the seams. Acrylic caulk was on my short list of possible options. Now that I see you've had success with it, I'll try it out. I'm using plasti-dip, so we'll see if this combination works well there, too.

yeah it could work pretty well but i would put it before the plastidip so the plastidip will not cover the gaps !
