For mine, can you only trim/separate the face and lower portion of the helmet leaving the chin area attached to the rest of the main shell?

the helmet is a parts helmet !
meaning the chin , main, faceplate, and backpiece,
you can always attach it using fiberglass or epoxy but i never hurts to ask animefan

Figured it'd be less work for him and me to leave the chin and the main shell together. Leave the face and eyes together and just separate the back piece from the main shell so there would only be 3 pieces. .

The jaw will be cast separate, but will be easy to glue if you wanted to make it a 3 piece.

Ok that'll work. didn't know how they were going to be casted. You won't be separating the eyes from the rest of the faceplate will you?
