G,day all I,m new to this pep and foam building so here is a few shots of my progress

Attached the shoulders with buckles also used buckles to secure the chest around my ribs.

How thick of foam are you using ? 4mm ?

the yellow foam is 4mm the blue is 6mm . but the yellow foam is ripping every time i put the chest on so i will build a new one out of the blue foam as its really strong

Thanks , I,m just making angled cuts really and just making sure too not over do the hot glue

Had a problem with the yellow Foam it has ripped in a few places ,So i will rebuild the abs and chest again but out of the blue foam as its very strong.

I don't wanna sound rude but your helmet seems to be a bit to small for your head. It looks quite stretched in the picture with you wearing the suit.

But still: great and clean build! Can't wait to see more of this

Yep the helmet was way too small . I will make a new one when i work out how to scale Lol

Ok so i had a go at building a new helmet after watching a movie on youtube i think i have it scaled rite now as i have plenty of room inside the helmet now
Here is both helmets

Ok so i re scaled the ABS and the COD and it fits a treat also built a new chest section which came out nice too . will try get some pva onto it over the week and paint it next weekend

alright this helmet was just huge even padded out . so i have made a few new ones too try get the scale rite what do you think of the one it seems too fit good but it bulges out the sides so im thinking of cutting out the ears and making hollow ones on 3d printer
