Yeah but first I will finish the suit completely I made some test fitting but the end result will be way better. I build the helmet now, it´s ok but I think i will make a new one. Also the arms are now temporary attached to the main body. As always I hope you like it !

Helmet also finished Only the right hand left to do. Than install lights and I have finished. I think the helmet is ok. It´s foam and it´s wuite difficult to get a good helmet out of foam. I am quite happy with my one I hope you also think so.

Im definitely loving this build I just finished a raw helmet recently Im looking into the rest of the suit. Keep up the great work!!

I am very happy that you all enjoy and like my build so much Thanks to Iron Spidey88 and Elderpred13. Also if this project is almost finished I will find a new project. And I think I will make the Mark VII next. It is such an great suit which looks almost like a tank. So again thank you very much to all of you who followed my build for all your feedback and good comments but we are not at the end at the moment I do have to buold the hand and I have to install the lights but that wont took long

Awesome build mate... I think it's time for me to put down the resin and fibreglass and revisit the foam option. Very inspiring build, well done.

I use Plastazote LD 45 foam it´s foam with low density and you can bend it with a heat gun very good some amazing stuff haha And thank you rentonjosh I´m glad that you like it

Awesome thanks man! I've never done a foam build but I'm actually thinking about it now is heating it with the heat gun how you made the verses on the abs etc.?

Thank you Bandiet. Yeah with the right foam you can have almost the same results as with pepakura or cardboard except for the stability Thank you again for your feedback

I only have this small piece of foam left but it also works with this


1. Step



You have the foam piece and make a line with a pen where you wanna have this kind of sharp line on your suit

2. Step




You cut out an triangle out of the foam like shown in the photo below

3. Step



You have cut out the triangle and the then you put some hot glue into this triangle and glue it with the angle you want it to be together Finish

I am happy if I can convince you to build an suit out of foam I really love the material and it´s not that expensive also if this suit cost me so much haha
