A quick update after an extended break from this project. I have painted and fitted the arm mounted flame thrower:

The nozzle is made from an old coaxial television lead with a couple of nuts bonded into place.
THIS, is freaking awesome, and why I want a garage, so I have space to display a peice like this.Thanks a lot. I figure I'm 50-60 percent done now. One full leg,a forearm, the engine, undersuit and some tidying left:

OK, 2 questions:
1.) What type of foam are you using?
2.) How are you adhering it to itself? Spray glue, glue gun, etc?

Im redoing the helmet in clay which will then be cast. I can't live with those foam join lines. Update this weekend.
