Ok, this is it, at last. I alway finish my projects.
It took me about 6 months, i could do it in less time but without job, not money, the bad weather rainning almost everyday, not to mention another personal issues.......i can say I did it, i had my own costume of Ironman, right now it will be for display only, on this costume i can wear the helmet, the complete arms from shoulder to handgloves, chest, back, lower legs and boots.
The abs, cod and thighs not because they are all in one piece for molding purpose.
I'm planning to make molds of IM next summer 2011.
I need a break to make another littles projects and resolve some personal situations.
I want to thanks all my personal friends and the friends of RPF specially my molding teacher Kagn, Vshore100, Warpig, Spideyfett, Dark Asylum, TMP, Finhead and the rest for following my job, SIWDAT for their support, and very important :thumbsupToly's Auto Paint Barceloneta P.R.,and ect.....ect.....
Here a lot photos so you can enjoy

Thanks guys for all the good comment, i want to thanks for the people made all those wonderfull pep files specially Dancin fool, robo368, dumblee, shark...all of them. Gracias, muchas thanks!!!!!!!
:eek :confused :eek I think these smilies sum it all up bro. Holy crap that is the best completed IM suit in my book, period! I am honored to have helped you, all be it a small amount. You have created a master piece.:love And lets not forget Dancin_Fool for the great pep files too. Now, box it up, and ship it to me for inspection, can't promise you'll get it back though, lol!:lol
Would you be able to post what files you used from each person?
A litte update, i 'm still working with the torso, i found out that IM back should have 5 vertebral, the pep files has only 4, I know..... it just the back area who cares 4,5, or 7, but i want to make the best i can, it is a personal challenge.
At the same time i started with the new IM HD helmet, on my opinion i found that dubean33 sharkhead HD v2, is one of the best out there, He did a good job but is still missing some detail most of them easy to fix with paper and bondo, How i do this conclusion?
It is a cheap way and the same time a smart way too, i use a ruler, my computer and start measure. Then just compare, the photo with the one your making or before you start pepakura cutting and gluing (ther are a lot helmet files) just print one or two pages specially the one that has the faceplate and uses the ruler and compare.
here is a little example photos how i do it cause my broken english is bad
is Dumblee supposed to be dubean33 or dungbeetle?
Excellent, excellent work Maulfett. You've really out done yourself. Can you move it to pose in different positions or is that pretty much it?

My friend, Im about to finish painting my mark 3 pep project. I would say you were always a few weeks ahead of me. And your work not only served as a good template, but motivation as well. Now that I have seen it painted, I can't wait to paint mine. If it looks only 3/4 as good as yours I will be happy. Amazing job!!!!!!! And congrats!
Another update, Lower legs and Boots are DONE!!!!!!, Just need to make and add the knobs, and the side extension to add the thighs.
Now i will start with the biceps....
after that:
elbow
forearm
hand gloves
pelvis
abs
new helmet
There is a car paints store where i buy all my materials they are very excited about my project and the want to paint my Ironman with cherry candy paint for free. I hope they do it.
awesome maulfett!! Truely one of the finest build threads ever... And one of the best im suits to date.
I love how everything "looks right" and proportionate.:thumbsup
you've out done yourself my friend.... Glad i could help in some way.
Cheers!!:cheers
