Iron Man arc reactor mark 3

Hi, I am gathering info on the Mark 3 arc reactor to build. I've seen many youtube videos and pics from google, but would like to know if there are any blueprints out there. I want to build this right the first time with the correct dimentions. Please let me know if I can find the info on the net or published in a book. Thanks in advance and I hope to share my progress here soon.

Just remember those are for a 3.5" reactor not the 3" it is supposed to be.

I saw that thread but will have to download a program to be able to read it. I'll do that now and will scale it down to 3". Thanks!

Wow, almost a year later and I'm finally starting on this. I've got a month window to get as much of this done before another project takes up all my time. So here's the start of the 3" arc reactor...

A quick mock up of some parts with styrene sheets.

predrilled some holes for the inner ring thingy... and one section shaped out.

Here's all the sections finished.

Hollowed out the center and made a quick mold/cast.

Now it's on to the clear outer ring drawn out and walls built up.

Filled with resin and we'll see how it turns out....

Thanks guys. MK6? I'll have to google that one. Just hope I can finish this one up before April hits.

So here's the ring in resin and I think it came out alright.

Made a mold and cast in clear resin. The one on the left was wet sanded to diffuse the light. Will try both to see which one works best.

Now I'm starting to flesh out the detail parts on the middle ring.

Here's the part that sits in the middle with sides built up and filled in with epoxy sculpt.

So here's the parts for the center piece and the resin copy.

Here is the part that goes on both sides of the winding copper wires. Will need 20 of these and 10 blocks.

And here's what it looks like put together.

Thanks for the comments and here's a little update. Was able to find the screws but only online. No one sells them that small around my area. The one with the 4 screws looks about the right size. The single screw is larger, but I may have to go one size bigger.
