Here is my take... I believe it will be "Iron Patriot", but it may only be by reference. If you remember in IM2, War Machine isn't ever actually called "War Machine". Tony says to Rhodey during their battle at the party "you wanna be a war machine? take your shot!" That is the only reference to "War Machine" in the movie, but we all knew Rhodey was War Machine. Might be the same kind of deal here.

Self destruct gets my vote. from the clip in the trailer, it looks like it's blowing apart from the inside. Overloaded arc reactor set to blow, perhaps taking inspiration from Vanko in iron man 2?

A specific variant of Thermite. Also common with deployed military equipment, as well as all the "stealth" aircrafts.
