Iron man 3 mark xlii forearm

This is a project that I've been doing for about a year but still incomplete and unlike any other forearms I tried to make this unique and one of a kind.

This is also freehand build just like my homemade wrist repulsor.

Also I am planning to post images I checked to make this armor so that others would make a better mark XLII forearm than mine.

I hope you like it.

From the underwater scene, the forearm helps Tony get out of the rubble. There were 4 emergency thrusters in the forearm but I could only make 3 because the thing that covers the hand is on rubber bands and connected.
Can someone help with this problem?
The part outlined in green is the fourth thruster need to be lifted up. Then blue is where the rubber bands are

If you check the first picture you can see that the forearm itself also has flaps.

After preparing for my 2nd semester exam, I continued the build. So I finally fnished the build of the forearm on October 7th. Took me 3 time to paint the forearm because of the dark red paint. The finger joints, I have the tubes but they won't fit into the finger parts so I just used a rubberglove. The armor divides into 3 parts, the hand, the wrist guard and the forearm piece.
