I especially like the way the chest piece 'align's' with the back using the 'male/female' type connection under the armpit area.

That looks like an impressive piece of work. You have done an outstanding job on this.
I haven't been following this thread. What am I looking at in that picture? Are those fiberglass pulls from a waste mold? Will they be worn for the costume, or will they be cleaned up for new master molds?

looks really good, thou the green bulb pieces dont look right, a tad big,smaller leds would look nicer i think. Its what we used, but to each their own. Great job on the armor.
