Interesting Stormtrooper on speederbike picture

This was on the official SW Tumblr page. I'm assuming this was taken before filming because the handlebars aren't right on it. Anyone know anything about it? Cool pic though.

It's a fantastic pic. I saw it too. Also it is an ANH/ESB era armor. I'm also sure that's the helmet that appears at the end of ROTJ where the ewoks are using it as a drum.

Definitely doesn't look like its near Northern Cali by the looks of the grass and trees.
