Not sure buddy, last i heard from OP was quite a while back, i dont have the resource or facility to plant this thing, im just good at the waterin and pruning, if you get my meaning.

Location is more key to making it happen than picking a date, but locking down a facility can cost lots of money and with these things it's difficult to know who is coming and can help chip in so that the organizer isn't stuck.
I'd love to host a small get together in my downstairs Rohirim/Viking/Celtic Bar den when it's done (shooting for Christmas) but the last one I went to there were quite a few who came with quite a few props to display. great fun but requires more room than I've got.
And then there's always the - every home improvement project takes 10x longer than you think issue. :lol

If it goes ahead and I'm able to make it I'll bring a lot less than I usually do to these things. I don't feel like explaining the Han in Carbonite to the border officials. :lol

Hey everyone, sorry for the lack of updates on this. It seems like everyone is in agreement for early spring for this thing. I have got a facility lined up. looks like it is going to change up a little bit to being a party/mini convention. There will be plenty of vendor space, i have some vendors lined up. will have spaces for RPF'ers to display and sell props, costume contest and working on getting a few speakers. Will try to keep everyone updated more on this
