Interest INT: Active project: 1:1 accurate MAUSER REPLICA is READY!!!

Oh man ... I know I'd be kicking myself if this goes down and I miss out on it. Given that I know it would be a while before this project is realized (if it takes off), I'll go ahead and say that I'd be down for a steel, no sight, removable plate, movable safety replica, and start putting a bit away each month. I'l echo the sentiment that this would be worth it to me, considering the price doesn't go above that of a deactivated Mauser in decent condition. A cheaper aluminum version is TEMPTING, and it would probably be easier to get massive support, but I agree ... if this is going to be done, why not do it right. That being said, if it looks like only an aluminum version would be feasible, I'd be up for that as well. SUBSCRIBED!

Put me down as extremely interested! Of course, depending on final price.

I'd be down for an aluminum almost for sure, but I'd really prefer steel depending on where the price ends up.

Definitely needs a working bolt, hammer, trigger, safety (like you said, doesn't need to disengage anything), no need for front sight.

I'd be willing to live w/o removable floor plate, but it'd be nice. Rear sight doesn't need all the functionality of an MGC or real steel.

It'd be neat if you could offer steel upper and lower receivers, and aluminum small parts. That would help us get a nice finish on MOST of the body, and cut costs for not having to have all the parts be steel. Just an idea.

I'm interested for sure, but man I think I'd need the price to come in under $400.

-Aluminum/steel no preference
-No front sight
-Fixed mag plate
-Movable, but not functional, safety

Here's a thought - 2 upper receivers? One with the standard barrel, and one with the bull? I would find the run worth the money to get the bull barrel integrated with CNC precision, or just a permanent part of the receiver.

I think that's a good idea, as well. Might make the price go up a bit, but for some of us, would be worth it.

I have been waiting for a run like this for a loooooooong time!! I would like 5, but that will depend on the price. Prefer steel, no front sight and as many movable parts as possible.

mark me down for steel, removable plate and a simple safety lever - and no front sight. I'll have to save up and it would be nice if someone with a shop could modify it for me, since steel is hard to work with by hand...

thank you for doing this!

scratch that - an option for two uppers is better for me than a floor plate, which is such a minor detail to me, not a deal breaker :)

Oh, woe, living in Australia sucks now, would love this. But if you would sell parts like the rear sight I would be in for a few to modify a denix and my MR ESB Luke.

I'd be interested if the price was right - Steel no site - removable magazine - working safety - trigger etc. well, put me on the list too

Taking a chance on this.... might not be able to get it in my country but worst case I help the project out :)

1x Steel (no front sight, removable magazine plate, swing safety only)

Definitely interested, price pending. Steel and aluminum both sound great. Even better if I could get you to prep the holes for mounts and switches.
