I agree with quality work taking time, but I have a real hard time waiting. There are some props that waiting for them is SOOOoooo hard, I feel like a kid on Xmas eve. :rolleyes

Yeah, it's hard to defer satisfaction. And the older I get, the less inclined I am to do so... after all, ultimately, all of us have limited time!
So my recent philosophy has been to get as many concurrent prop projects in the pipe as possible. That way, even though I may be waiting a long time for any particular piece, at least there's always something about to be ready! :lol

I hate waiting now days. I used to be better at it, but for various reasons, I'm terrible with it now. I'm redoing my prop stuff and getting rid of a lot of stuff, but I'm also picking up some things too. When I'm waiting for things... like this particular item, I get so impatient. I want to be on the interest list, then if I make it, I want to see photos of the project, then I want it in my hand.

This is looking pretty cool man! I can't wait to see the finished one.
Are you going to make a little indy voodoo doll to "store" the pin?
Also agreeing with the shape of the first feather, and the all black color.

NO, I don't plan on doing the Voodoo doll, since that would mean I would have to carve and sew, which are two things I don't really enjoy and don't normally do! Especially, for a large run!:lol
I'll be making my own, and that will be it!
There is a guy on the COW forum that supposedly makes a really good Voodoo doll for purchase. He shouldn't be too hard to track down for those that want one.thumbsup

Updated since last time I posted!
This went through a whole resculpt. So, here's the new updated version!
I'll be adding a few other details, such as the ridges on the horns, and a little more detail on the wings, etc..
I just need to do the back now!
Also, the feather plumes have been ordered!
