Indiana Jones' Shirt - Color Test

Re: Indiana Jones' pants

Does anybody have the accurate inseam and waist measurements for Ford during the ROTLA era?

Re: Indiana Jones' pants

OK PHArchivist! Now that is hardcore recreation! All the way down to the inseam and waistline! That would be hard to find considering Mr. Ford has possibly grown larger?

Well... I'm 6'4", and the pants I'll be using were sized for me. 36" inseam. I think ford is about 6' to 6'1", so if I can't lock dwn the actual number, I suppose I can just have the pants hemmed to about 3" less than they are now...

Guys what do you think of this shirt color? it is not the same shirt as I was wearing in the pants color test shots. It is notably darker.

I pulled it out of the closet thinking it was pretty close. As I understand, the original shirt is a bit darker in person than one might imagine.

In darker lighting, it seems to have the correct tan-grey appearance. Where my shirt here appears the lightest (almost cream) was a shot in bright sunlight with the flash. Similarily, it seems to me that the film shirt looks the lightest (almost cream/white) in the "Cairo" street fght scenes, which were likelwise shot in broad daylight, and almost certainly with additional studio lighting.

If I use this shirt, I may have to have it custom tailored. It has a standard business shirt type pocket. I may have to have the tailor remove material from the back to duplicate the pockets n the front. Won't matter since the back of the shirt will never be seen.

J, thanks for the response, by the way! ;) Hope my "Thump, thump, thump" humor ididn't make me seem like one of those impatient putzes who post for insight and respond back in an hour griping that no one has ponied up!
