Inception

The first thing you'll need, from what I can tell, is lots and lots of permanent marker.
 
ok, i got a rough version of the book done and it looks fine if i do say so. The only problem i ran into was that the spine was difficult to construct because of how few pages there are. any tips/comments would be appreciated!

I have done it, it took me 4 Hs of photoshop, now going to print and show you the final product.

Hi there, I am actually working on it as we speak, I just started thou, probably I will have it finished by tomorrow, and then to the printing store.

Awesome! Say, did you fold the creases that were in the picture of the cover or did you just have the creases just be in the print only?
 
Both, I tried one clean with no marks and I only folded it, but it didnt look as great as the printed and folded version, so....I went for both.
