Unfortunately I don’t have the space to take photos with the sun in any other direction at the moment, but when I take it out in the wild I can match your photos if you need it. I tried to set the focus where you would be standing. I need to do film test at some point as I’m undecided weather to do the main shoot with anamorphic lens or stick with spherical.

Your shots are great and I can't thank you enough for making them available.

Its just my shots are surprisingly out of focus on my cosplay poses. Only my indoor stuff looks like I used the actual camera. I can't remember if we took the camera to the outdoor shoot but all evidence is now pointing to my wife using a phone camera.

This just means that I need to plan another Quint day which won't break my heart.

The sun was behind me midday, high in the sky. Which won’t be particularly flattering. But it give you something to play with until I get the rigging done and take some better shots.

Wow flimzy It took me a while to digest your story board video mock-up! Lot's of challenges for sure with the practical effects portions of the film...not so much about the inserts (a little à la Thunderbirds with real hands flicking switches, etc...) I don't know how you're going to match the lighting and the color of your inserts with your practical effects...(I cannot wrap my head around that challenge)...
But, at the end of the day, I know it's going to be exciting to see the final results

Spent the day swooping out the nylon bushes for bearings and stainless linkages. Also repacking with grease.
