For all the crap that apparently hit the fan in the V Finale - it's really all undoable. How many lizards got killed on that show and were revived? I know of at least two. As for Tyler - I just figured Faux-Lisa had residual memories of him and faked his "death". Remember, the memories were uploaded into her by the rebel doctor.

I don't think it's going to make it for a third season, but if it did I'd still be tempted to watch.

The Event is actually pretty good this season. Very curious to see where they go with it.

As for the Cape... the last episode was OK, but it would have been nice for the writers to have some warning about the cancellation and rework the episode to close things out for good. I thought there were going that way and instead just reset the clock for next weeks episode which will now never come.

My biggest plot problem with V was the complete absence of logic: why didn't the resistance just grab a visitor and rip it's face off on camera (like in the original). Make it a viral video. Even if the visitors said it was hoax, it would have generated doubt and suspicion. I know they're two different show, but V had to go through two seasons of go-nowhere melodrama to get to the invasion the audience expected, whereas Falling Skies has it over by the opening credits of the pilot.

I really like them both. Last seasons of both were a little slow but this season has been great - Loved the season finale episode of V this week. I like a show that is not afraid of changing things up without build-up. Keeps me on my toes.

My wife and I are both enjoying the Event.
