Hey, appreciate the offer! A few things come to mind that I have wanted to get nice prints of and been unable to find:
  1. Severance (TV): Conference room speaker

  2. Conan the Barbarian (1982): The broken sword of Conan's father. Existing models vary in quality, don't have the break, and would be better in parts for easy painting and assembly.

  3. Mad Max: Fury Road (2015): A definitive Nux's raven bobblehead (none seem to be accurate).

  4. Galaxy Quest (1999): An accurate Vox that fits the 2-3/4" plasma disc.

btw, that Galaxy Quest Vox looks quite doable. Maybe after the SMG, or when Im sick of modelling it. I started a new thread to track progress on the SMG over in General Modelling. It's going to take loads more time than the little Severance radio thingie did.

For anyone building the Severance intercom, here's a link to the audio files:

I've been working on this for a few years and haven't quite got the underside rear imagined yet so would like to see what you can do with it...

Printing today, thank you so much for sharing!!!!
Startup a build thread; then I can add to it when I print mine. Also, if you see anything that needs fixing let me know. The front face is right now a push on fit with about 0.3mm clearance. Dunno if that's enough to work. Guess you can always glue it in there.

Also pondered making up the electronics. Stuff a ESP32 in there with a DFPlayer, use the audio files ssdesigner linked, and make yourself a very odd doorbell :)

Specifically with this: I'm no artist. I'm pretty good (I think?) at bringing stuff to 3d land... but that side of things, I think, is best left to those (not me) that can draw a person without immediately thinking: STICK FIGURE!!!

Oh. There's no weeping. Um. Actually, there is:

spent about 6hrs today trying to figure out how to model a handle properly. failed. four attempts I think? but I believe it's called "learning" (hits head on wall). Grr. Weep.

Pain and learning are....interchangeable. :p
