I just picked this up and was wondering how you replaced the batteries they are flat .

My guess is you remove that hex screw on the handle cover and the batteries would be there... But that is just a guess.

Yeah I dont want to break it im shocked how heavy it is for such a little prop

Yes, It is the hex screw on the handle. The plastic grip pops off and there is a battery in that section. Easy to replace.
