These look like the japanese edition, they were limited to 3000, and made exclusively for the japanese market.....or so i've heard.
Available for a while now, sorry dont know original release date, and 1/2 size.

The quaility overall is not bad, theres some good detail in it and the positronic brain lights up through a motion / heat sesnor. Which is a great touch.

I managed to score one of of ebay a while back, from the usa, and actually got it for £30 / $60 - which i was very happy with.

Popbox collectables are realeasing a new Sonny 1:2 size bust in the very near future to go with the two or three NS4 heads already released.

If you are a fan of i-Robot, this bust is well worth getting though. There is only one other 1:1 bust available which is the limited edition DVD set, which is also very cool, although no light up positronic brain though!!!#
You can also go for an NS4 head, sculpted by Zorg, which is an awesome piece of work.
