I need your help! What are these?

K there are metal spikes hanging down from what looks to be paracord. Im working on my sons costume and need ur help! What are these metal dangling spikes called or maybe something that I could use for it. Any sugestions will be apreciated. Sorry for typo on my cell posting lol THANKS!

Just plastic pyramid dongles. You can find these in the beading section or even in the section for tassels in the area of the craft store that sells accessories for curtains.

those are called "Aiguillete tips". You should be able to find them in military uniform supply stores.

Thanks To the Both of you!

TigerBlood with the name of them I was able to goole and find them. WOW expensive! I already bought paracord I planned on braiding but just wanted tips! After SEARCHING I found some vintage Aiguillete Tips on ebay. 4 for only $8 figured I wasn't going to find them cheaper since to buy Aiguillete is like $165. Thanks to your information I also found some tutorials on fancy way to braid them THANKS SOOOOO MUCH!

French Fourragere Shoulder Cord

Sorry it is not yellow and this is worn under the arm, not across the chest, but it has the same knots and correct brass tip.
Which is a pain to polish.

The knots between the aigullette and the button are called barrel knots - very easy to tie. You can find instructions on the Internet.

If youre having trouble finding them you should be able to make some out of polymer clay. A base coat of black and some cheap acrylic copper paint and youre good to go

Thank you I was actually wondering about those. As long as I know the names for them I'm pretty good and find tutorials on how to do them. But the knot that kinda looks like a noose probably wouldn't have turned up much. Barrel Knots.. Good to know! THANKS!

to do it cheaper for a kid's costume, I'd just find cheap earings that look similar. But I am sure you'd find close in the bead section of a big retail craft store.
