I need help!!

Hey guys. I have a 3d print file of war machine's helmet but when I gave it to my guy to print he ask me what size I wanted it to be printed out. After some discussion, we could figure out how to scale the file so the end result will be approximately the same size as the marvel legends iron helmet. If anyone one could help that would be great. I have the file if any is able to scale it, that would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance everyone.

Most 3D programs should let you scale your model (used to fit to the printer's bed). Meshmixer is Edit>transform.
Maybe if you let us know what type of printer he has, we could be of more help.
