I need a silly job doing

Hey guys

Ok im trying to mount my MR Y wing repaint to a panavise mount, so what i need is a 1/4 internal threaded short rod turning to 15.8mm, this will slot up inside my Y wing, and then thread onto the mount. Ive gone through all my hardware and searched everywhere but cant find anything suitable, can anyone with a lathe help me out?
Itll be easier if your UK based but i just need this thing making so any help would go down well.

I just had an idea, and it can´t hurt to tell it, I think

If the machining doesn´t work out (which I doubt, since RussRep for example is quite good at it ), you could take a small metal plate (the kind that is used on furniture) of maybe 1 1/4x2 or smaller from the hardware store that already has two holes drilled into, and use one screw of each desired diameter and threading. One screw goes into the Y-Wing, the other one into the panavise mount. I hope this makes any sense.
