I'm torn. I'm a HUGE fan of the Abbe class design. Always wanted one. Now, most of my ST kits are in the 1:1000 scale range (DAMN YOU Polar lights/Round 2!!!!) but I can't decide between PNT's 1:537 scale Abbe conversion which is absolutely awesome, but costs $70 on it's own before i find the kit, or the Alliance resin kit that's complete, 1:1000 scale, and only $65, but it's all resin which I have problems with usually, and I have no idea of the detail.....Does anyone know anything about the Alliance kit? How well it's cast, any issues with bubbles, flash or what not?
