Anyone know where i can get some of these or make some of my own hypospray vials as i haven't been able to find anything yet!

Might want to try Federation Surplus. They offer the hypos with vials. Don't know if they'd be willing to just sell you some vials but it never hurts to ask.

Question, Where did you get that VISOR in the background?

Not my visor. That's sector7g's stuff from a prop party in Indy I attended recently. That's actually his arm showing me one of his vials so I could take pix.

My sister managed to get me some of those types of bottles from the lab where she works, thanks to Russ' pic there.

I mean just the plain glass/acrylic vials, the ones kes gets out of the cupboard in voyager that are clear at both ends
