Hydrocal Plaster

I am looking for cheap material to attempt to sculpt a few projects and I am thinking I want to use Plaster. I've watched several videos and learned a bit, but still have some (heaps :$) of questions that I guess will take trial and error to get my answers.

In the meantime, I have 3 and sorry in advance if they are dumb.

Q1. Can I buy this at places like Bunnings?

Q2. Is "Hydrocal" a generic term or Brickintheyard's trade name?

Q3. Is this the same as Plaster Of Paris?

Plaster is cheaper than Hydrocal but hydrocal is more stronger than the plaster and is more of in the cement family.

Thanks for the responses guys. So will I be able to buy both at hardware supplies or is hydrocol more of a specialized product?
