HTML Went a-missing....

Is it just me or is the HTML feature turned off on this board? I've had to put in the 'return' code after every paragraph I type or else my posts/PMs become one huge paragraph. Smileys don't work either when I click on the Icons. Have to enter them manually.

For example there's supposed to be 3 paragraphs above but after I hit 'submit' it became one paragraph. Or is it only me who sees one paragraph while everyone else sees three???

And I can't edit the last post. I can open the edit window but nothing happens when I click the 'save' button.

Problem seem to have rectified itself now though.

When I look down in the posting rules box on the bottom left of the page it says

vB code is On
Smilies are On
code is On
HTML code is Off

but doesn't give me the option to turn it back on.
