HP3 Marauders Map

looks good to me so far bro, i would be interested if you could get some printed up that just needed to be glued together
 
The pen game is only $9.95. You should pick one up. Also, I doubt Kinkos will print it for you -- it's a copyright infringing item. Check Tripoli's thread on the LotR maps.

But the map wont be an Exact replica:rolleyes I'll probably try, if they don't I'll have to try something else.
The reason I asked for scans of the map(it could even be in sections if your scanner isn't big enough) was because I would rather just save the $$ since I'll be making my own anyways. Depending how well the project goes I'll be posting the final file here for download too.:)
 
The map is nice and all but it's rather inaccurate right from the get-go... none of the walls for the buildings on the map were done with straight lines. They were all text. That point alone makes me want to hold off on picking one of these up...

You mean how the Walls are all Lines instead of text?:lol So none of you guys that have the Pen map can send me scans? It can be sections. It would be Awesome!

Ok wiseacre I'm refering to the original not the crappy pen game version... but then again you know that ;)

The original have words! Just in the middle of the map have parts that are just lines! We can see it in the movie, no?

I'm thinking about to work on a Marauder's Map, but I'll make it by hand...:)
 
I agree with Juno that the game/map is cheap enough to buy at under $10.

You should count yourself lucky. Auction prices for this game map in the UK range from £25 (about $50) to £68 (about $130). What a rip off.

I've just recently rewatched the movies and a lot of the map isn't seen, so they only way I can anyone getting an EXACT replica is if someone gets hold of a hero version, and then replicas are made of that.

Very cool! I can't wait to see some pics :). Thats probably going to be what I'll Do. Doing it on Photoshop would be easier to type out fonts and all. But I'll probably going to order some parchment and do it by hand. That way i wouldn't have to go through the hassle to print it and all:rolleyes Where are you going to order your parchment? just curious

I guess I WILL have to be ordering from Nobel again! I was pretty miffed about an issue with a sirius wand I ordered, but this just looks too cool to pass up.
