HP commercial mask questions

Anyone have an idea how to go about making this mask from the Dr. Dre HP commercial?

Sculpt it, mold it or vacuform it. Cut it, chrome the edges, make the mouth, attach tinted PETG and viola

definatly a scuplt would do for this - motorcycle visor or thin sheet of plexiglass for the visor part not sure about the breather, but maybe a small hole noodle strainer?
