Unfortunately I could not find a simple pepakura Chewbacca faceshell for you, however, with a detour you should be able to find or perhaps construct something yourself. The facial structure of Chewbacca sort or resembles that of a monkey, so perhaps find a template for that?…
Just a thought if you cannot find anything else. Otherwise you’d have to visit and buy something from Etsy or sculpt one
