serve this bio helmet with a mask deluxe rubies?

I don't know---you have to try it and see.  The Rubies mask is very big, though, so it may not fit.  If you don't use the bio helmet that comes with the Rubies mask, you may need to enlarge your pepakura version to the same size.

Now I have to adapt my bio helmet because I don't like the pvc mask that comes.

What are the dimensions of your pepakura mask?

from the tip of the snout to the back of the helmet
40 cm
width is about 24 cm in the jaws more or less

Someone else may want to chime in, but I think that's a little small if you're going for a 1:1 scale. You could make your bio work though.

You're right.  My 1:1 scale bio's average about 21" x 12" (53 cm x 31 cm).  I hate to break it to you, but that bio isn't going to fit a 1:1 scale mask.

Seems like it's now too big (the back fin area and the 'cheek area).  Not a bad pep job (better than I could do) but I would modify it a little bit to make it a little better fitting.
