How to go about getting custom sounds made for a PKE meter?

I'm working on a PKE Meter from the Real Ghostbusters cartoon and I've hit a bit of a brick wall. I haven't been able to find a clear sample of the sound from the meter and the only thing I can think of now is finding an audio engineer to make or isolate the sounds for me. I have zero experience with editing audio beyond cutting them up with Audacity and know nothing about the business of audio engineering.

Is it possible to hire someone to make or isolate the meter's sounds for me? If so, how would I go about finding such a person? What would the cost be like? I can't dedicate a lot of money to it but I can see spending $50 to get it done (again I have no idea what it would usually cost so my apologize if I'm lowballing the price here.)

I don't have the cartoon to even get the sample, but if you post the audio, I can see about cleaning it up.

You might need to "zip" the file before posting it, if the forum doesn't accept the audio format directly.

Holy crap! I can't believe you were able to find that! It took me 20 minutes to try to find a bit from youtube with that sound AND you managed to get the part I was missing; the high setting "alarm" sound. Wow, I can't thank you enough, this is perfect!

And thank you for pointing me to the "want to buy" section. I didn't know where to start trying to find this or if even hiring someone for it was even a possibility! Again, thank you so much!
